Whippoorwill Acres sets on 50 acres of our northern Missouri farm ground, offering you breath-taking scenery with abundant photo opportunities, and plenty of space to spread out and have an incredible celebration with your loved ones.
When you book a wedding at our venue, you’ll be working directly with us every step of the way. We pride ourselves on providing excellent, relationship-first service – that means you’re taken care, listened to, and equipped to plan your event with ease.
At Whippoorwill Acres, we specialize in rustic weddings, corporate meetings and events, private parties, and small gatherings too.
We will provide you a pleasant farm atmosphere and courteous attention from our family to you and your guests. This farm and venue is our family business. We have worked to create a venue for you and your guests that will surely bring you cherished memories for a lifetime.

Designed with you in mind
Every detail, from the structure and materials of the barn, to the amenities available, to the views that surround the venue were selected with the intention of hosting beautiful celebrations.
Once you come through the doors, you will begin to see the time and research that has been put into creating Whippoorwill Acres. Our Amish-built, all-wood, timber frame barn is aesthetically pleasing with its Colorado Spruce timbers, high vaulted ceiling, and detailed accents.
The main floor of the barn includes the indoor wedding area, groom's den, caterer's kitchen, restrooms, kid's playroom, and a full-service Bar. The upper-level provides a viewing and seating loft, and a lovely, spacious Bridal Suite.
