Curious about hosting your celebration at Whippoorwill Acres? Here’s a list of common questions we get asked:

  • Just click on the Calendar page and find the date you desire. Whippoorwill Acres calendar is updated regularly to keep our availability current.

  • If you have a “specific date” that you are wanting, do not wait. We will book up to 2 years in advance of your wedding date. If you are flexible in your wedding date, then it is recommended that you book 12 months in advance.

  • Whippoorwill Acres is built in the rolling hills of the heartland. The picturesque landscape provides a perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony. And …. if Mother Nature has other plans, you can fallback on Plan B and improvise with a beautiful indoor ceremony with little disruption.   • Yes, it all depends on the package option that you choose when a rehearsal can be scheduled. You are welcome to have your rehearsal dinner here as well.

  • We love to be generous hosts! Your rental fee includes Lifetime white tables and chairs, we have round and rectangular tables available. Also included is an assortment of wooden tables, whiskey barrels, a greenery wall, a tank bar, and more. We offer a spacious bridal suite, groom’s den, kids playroom, caterer’s kitchen, Borrowed Room of decor to choose from if you wish, and a lighted outdoor patio.

  • You will find an extensive variety of wedding décor in our borrowed room. You are welcome to use anything in our inventory. We just ask that you put it back as you found it and where you found it when you are done.

  • We have an extensive list of vendors and professionals that have provided services at Whippoorwill Acres and we are familiar with. That being said, if you wish to hire a vendor that is not on our list, you are welcome to do so. We love meeting new professionals that we can add to our list!

  • Whippoorwill Acres has a full-service bar available to you and your guests. We will work with you to find a package that will fit your budget. Bartenders are employees of Whippoorwill Acres. All alcohol on the premises must be purchased at Whippoorwill Acres. This rule is strictly enforced.

  • We do not have overnight accommodations on-site. However, there is a great selection of hotels within 20 minutes of Whippoorwill Acres. RV hook-ups are within 1 mile.

  • While Whippoorwill Acres does not have a shuttle service, there are several shuttle and limo services available in the area. We will provide you with shuttle and limo information upon request.

  • $500.00 will secure your date. It is due immediately upon request of the date and the signing of the Renter Information Sheet. The $500.00 is deducted from the rental fee balance. Ready to book your celebration? Click here to see availability or here to get in touch with our team.

  • 50% of the total rental fee is due 180 days before the event and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. You are welcome to make payments as you wish as long as you meet those two date requirements.
